Harvest Season....

I forgot to post photos about my first outing with Jackson!  We went with my sister, Nikki to visit my mom half way between my house and hers which just happens to be a piece of autumn splendor, wine country!  Vineyards for miles is just absolutely gorgeous during this time of year.  It was too early to see the real harvest time, but still pretty none the less!

 Grandma, Mom and Aunt Nikki all with Jackson!  It was so hot out, I didn't want to take too many pictures outside with him.  Next time for sure we'll get some amongst the grapes!

I will be absolutely in love with everything about the next 90 days!! The months of September through November are just the most awesome time of year to me!!  The weekend activities are endless; there's  the LA County Fair, the Temecula harvest season, pretty pumpkin patches, good ole fashioned football get togethers & just relaxing at home with the family watching a scary movie on a rainy day!!  The air is crisper, the food is richer and something special is always on the itinerary! To celebrate the first of September and college football season kickin off I baked up a pretty great morning!!

Jax wanted to be apart of the baking process this morning!  These pumpkin nutella swirl muffins came out pretty outstanding!  Recipe is pinned and ready to pull up again soon!  Had country music playing and the Notre Dame game on mute!  That, people, is how you spend a Saturday in September!
